This dealership is fantastic. I do not trust dealerships to work on my vehicles, but Infiniti does a great job. The Lynnwood location is honest and will not jerk you around for unnecessary maintenance or repair items. They are top notch and take care of their customers. Huge plus, they actually answer their phones when you call. The service manager is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Both Victor and Hitoshi were friendly and made me feel at ease, although I had to work at limiting the extra dealer fees that added up to more than I could afford. I am not happy with the damage to the right rear wheel and tire that I hadn't noticed in my walk-around of the car while it was raining. The wheel damage had been painted over as to hide it, which seems a bit deceptive. Overall, I really like the car! It's a real head turner.
