We bought a used car and the process was long originally talked to Kamani but he later got jeff to deal with us. Jeff done an awsome job and worked real hard to get us in a new ride. After long hours trying to get everything perfect for is Kamani stepped in to finish. He was ok but focused on other customers and other things. Waited a long time to get to finance to fill out the paper work. When we finally got through it was after 8 pm rushed to clean out our old car and leave. Next day we got home to really look it over in daylight we realized we had not car mats and no owners manual. Detail was awfull with chemical splatters everywhere and they left a broke 3m door hanger stuck to the windshield. Dirt all in the floors, they could have done a better job. We traded in our old vehicle they got all floor mats and even cargo mat, owners manual, and 2 sets of keys. We left with none of this stuff and 1 key. I removed the door hanger and re cleaned the windshield myself. More likely pay to get it detailed the right way, and will have to order floor mats for it that cost $176 at kia. I understand they cannot control what they get with used cars but at least throw in some cheap floor mats.
One of my best vehicle buying experiences! I had contact with four employees in the dealership and two mechanics in the service area. They were all very helpful and friendly. From the time I entered dealership for test drive to the time I walked out with my new used truck was about an hour and a half. Great buying experience!!
Last Friday my boyfriend and I drove the 2 hour drive to purchase a car from Tony at Barnes Crossing Hyundai. This purchase was by far the easiest, best, and stress free. Tony provided exceptional customer service and he also made the deal where it was the best for US. He was transparent throughout the entire process letting me know I can trust him and the staff there. I work in a car dealership as a sales consultant (they couldn't get me the deal I wanted) and I 100% recommend Tony to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He is by far the best! We plan on returning in the future. Because of Tony and the other staff we have also decided to make the drive to have our service work done there. All in all 10 out of 10 best experience ever!
Salesman lied to me for a week. Original car that I told I was approved for was apparently sold. Salesman told me car couldn't be sold due to issues with the top. Another manager let it slip after I signed papers on a different car that they sold the car I wanted and had offered to go ahead and sign the papers on a few days earlier. I was told on a Saturday that I was approved for the car, I offered to come in and sign ASAP, the following Friday I'm still being lied to saying they can't sell the car. They car I bought which was a 2018 broke down almost two weeks ago and they still haven't looked at it. I feel scammed and Had the Salesman been honest, I couldve waited and us worked on something else even if I had to wait but he lied nonstop. Now I'm pursuing legal action
I am extremely pleased with my experience at Barnes Crossing Hyundai in Tupelo. My Salesman Mr. Joe Washington gave me the best customer service I recommend him to all my family and friends
Chris Humphres was awesome ,easy going , answered all my questions , I will definitely send anyone to him ! Great guy great salesman will be back to get my next car with him
