What Others Say

I took my 2017 Renegade in on April 15 for a check engine light. They determined I needed an engine, which was under a lifetime warranty by Chrysler. After months Chrysler cancelled my warranty, delays were caused by Miller Jeep not responding to requests from Chrysler for information. I picked the vehicle (in pieces) up on September 2 and took it to my mechanic. Miller Jeep would not give me a price to do the work. When it arrived, several parts were missing, including the battery, A/C compressor, and entire exhaust system. over the time there, I was told outright lies about status, including that parts were ordered and on back order. I would caution anyone from using this company.

I received a postcard from Jeep advising me there was an urgent safety recall on my Jeep. I called the dealer Larry H Miller, and spoke with Lori who made an appointment for me. When I arrived I was told there was no record of my appointment. After discussing the reason for my visit I was told "Why don't you just wait until it breaks down?" Then I was told they would need an additional 2 weeks to order the parts and then I would have to leave the vehicle at the service department for at least 2 days with no courtesy vehicle. i then went to the manager Jordyn who said she would investigate and call me back. When she called, she also said "You could just wait till it breaks down." I advised her I work in a remote city area, with unlit roads, and no shoulder. There have been several deaths this year on that road and her advice was to wait until my vehicle broke down possibly injuring myself or others, maybe even causing a death. I am gobsmacked by the lack of service I received. They were not so unkind when I bought the vehicle. Perhaps it was a mistake.

This place is HORRIBLE! The GM Francisco is rude heartless and inconsiderate!!! I am also a retired veteran so I am asking for support from my fellow veterans DO NOT GO HERE! This GM is horrible and was extremely rude I wonder if he talks to his mother the way he talked to me! When I asked who his supervisor was he said no one is above him!!! Come to find out Aaron Bingham is the regional manager I’ve tried calling him to and I guess they don’t care about how employees in leadership treat their customers! I think this place needs to be in the news for how horrible and how they rip off peoples hard earned money! I took my keep back 4 times in 7 days, late to work, Lyfts were late!!! The new GM Francisco should be FIRED! He has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and gives this place horrible leadership!

Jordyn provides honest advice has the work done quickly and correctly the first time. Jordyn and the dealership have warned my loyalty.

The service tech and service manager were very helpful in providing the services I needed.

This was our first visit in quite a while and we are happy to say that the whole experience was back to pre-Covid levels when we first bought our vehicles here. Communication was excellent and they exceeded expectations of timeliness. Both warranty and non covered work was done and we were very happy with our interaction!
