Anytime I take my car in I alway have great service. Everyone is so nice and helpful . And they aways keep me updated on what's going on. They the best and that what I tell everyone. .
Clean facility, attentive staff, and very easy to make an appointment. Four stars because this is only second time I’ve used them. Fully expect to rate a five on my next visit.

Loring and the dealership have been awesome! The only issue I’ve had is getting the plates, title and registration sticker after buy the vehicle outright which I know is not on the dealership. It’s been over 60 days since purchase. I wish there was a better system for the dealer to help military members in these situations. Loring is very personable, patient and represents Vanguard Kia exceptionally well! Would work with him or the Vanguard Kia staff again.
