I just wanted to say that Cathy has been my sales consultant for the past three years. She has been every transactions, smooth and virtually painless. I am not one to go to a dealership and try to hassle over pricing! I like to do my research from home and once I have made my choice, I go for it. Cathy truly listens. I emailed her what I saw, what I wanted and the monthly I can afford. She made sure that she answered all my questions and once we finalized on a price, I made the appointment just to sign the papers.
