I am 17 years old and was looking for my first car. The salesman assured me that my car had just come out of the shop and had been in good condition being that it was fixed up a couple days before. Not only did the salesman lie to me about the mechanics inspecting it, he also lied to me about Pine Belt being "a much safer place to buy my car than the guys on route 9 who will rip me off". I was happy and pleased with my bargaining for my 2001 Volkwagen Jetta and left with my first car. I was maybe two exits away from Lakewood on the Garden State Parkway and some guy was waving his arms around and rolling down his window to tell me something fell off the bottom of my car. I pulled over as quickly as possible and found a plastic piece dangling off the bottom of the car with DUCK TAPE on it! I was already angry as I started the drive all the way home. By the time I was near my house, the power steering fluid was gone and I could barley turn my wheel. I filled it back up to only find out that it had leaked out of the bottom of my car by morning. When my mother called the next day telling them that they had not inspected it, they did not help or care whatsoever. I am only 17 and I will have to buy many more cars in my future but never will I EVER buy from Pine Belt again. Furthermore, when i brought it to the dealer to get it fixed a week later, they wanted $1100 to fix it.

My mom had some credit problems and a car that was to big for her. Guy and Jeff helped to get her into a smaller car with a smaller payment. I would recommend to anyone with a credit problem.

After the deal was agreed to, he did an excellent job of guiding me to the people I had to see and getting the auto prepared for delivery. After the deal was completed and I walked outside to get In my car and leave, Save was sitting in the passenger seat waiting for me to see if he could be of any further assistance. I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership to friends and acquaintances.
