Everybody got what they wanted out of the deal. Took a second day of phone negotiation before we came in. Actually, closed the deal on the phone. Just came in to sign and drive away.

I visited many dealers before this by far is the best. Carrie my salesperson came in early for me without notice. Honestly made the sale so easy on my son and I.

The salesman Chris was excellent. He was thorough patient friendly provided options and went over above to get me best deal and have a good experience. Brian the finance person and pleasant and thorough in explaining all options.

Jorge is first class. Worked My deal on his day off. Answered all my questions quickly without overloading me with information.

The process was straightforward. Got a better interest rate than expected. Everyone I met during my visit was honest and transparent including ED (manager) and my salesmen Frank. I would certainly consider purchasing from Lester Glenn group again. Between my daughter and I we have made three purchases at Lester Glenn in the past three years even though they are almost an hour away they are always worth the trip.  

No pressure ; great dealing with Chris and Zach. I would absolutely recommend dealing with them.
