I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Victor and Big Star! From start to finish, he made the entire car-buying process unbelievably easy and stress-free. This was our first time visiting Big Star Cadillac, Mark Mauricio made the experience smooth and stress free. We went in to see a used vehicle, and he had it ready for us. After looking for quite some time and seeing very dirty vehicles this was a nice treat. Everyone that we dealt with at Big Star Cadillac was warm and welcoming. Also, a shout out to Kelly in finance.
