My car was ready the next. Fast service. I love that. Bobby Miller is my representative.
I showed up thinking I just wanted to test drive something, and Cristian took the time to walk me through a couple of models, pointed out features I’d never considered (who knew the 360-camera would make a difference!), and never made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. By the end, I felt confident about my choice and left with a smile. Definitely would ask for Cristian if you’re shopping there.
Excellent customer service with exceptional attention to detail for the customer. They make you feel like family!
I love my car and getting the car was a breeze. Coming in for my first oil change was smooth as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to find a way to upgrade the experience while waiting at the dealership. When you buy a Cadillac, you are buying into the brand as well...luxury. The creme de la creme, but my experience was the same as when I bought my car from CarMax
George Castillo was very responsive and easy to work with. The team took great care of me as I drove from Michigan to complete my vehicle purchase.
