Big Star Cadillac is always courteous, professional, and prompt. I can always depend on Ainsley to get my SRX in and out promptly. They have a great concierge service too.

I had never purchased a vehicle from another state, but found one that I wanted at Big Star. Cass worked with me, even answering my questions well after normal business hours, she took close-up pics of the areas that I wanted so that I felt perfectly safe buying a vehicle I had not seen. She worked with service to get a couple of minor issues resolved, and in short, was an absolute professional. I could not ask for better treatment.
Lee is excellent to work with. Have never felt misled. He's honest and has been great to work with.
