Mark was absolutely amazing! He worked with us on a trade in and then purchase of a new vehicle! I had made an inquiry and heard from him bright and early the next day, we were almost in and out and he answered all our questions and took such good care of us! He is a great contact for any new and used purchases and is overall just a great guy, really appreciate him for making our experience great overall!
Matthew made the car buying process smooth, honest, and stress-free, with clear communication, great pricing, and exceptional customer service throughout.
Car was not cleaned nor filled with gasoline when we picked the car, had to stop at a gasoline station to get home. I was also pressured during the price negotiation, a coverage package that included certain car protections that as told, were mandatory to be included/added to my final price. This increased my price by another $2000 and as described to Salesman, I may never used as I live near my 45 miles from the dealer, opposite side of Houston.
