True to their word as far as service goes. Trouble free. My vast was in and out. Concierge service is a big plus.
Mark and Kelly were excellent to work with it. They worked with me to get a deal I hoped for while going above and beyond to ensure we maintained great communication and attention to detail. ultimately these attributes were critical for allowing me to close a deal with this dealership, even though it was not in my major metropolitan area. They delivered the vehicle to me and helped rectify small issues that arose a long way. All in all this was an excellent experience and I’m grateful to have worked with this team and Mark.
Mark was great from the start to the end. The whole process took less than an hour, which is amazing! I have purchased vehicles at different agencies and I’ve been there for hours. Big Star Cadillac’s staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Mark ! You made my son’s first car a reality and he will never forget it!

Overall a good experience but was unable to receive a loaner vehicle and was without my vehicle for a week.
