I’ve always been pleased with the service I have received at Audi. Aimee has always been helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve heard that Audi will no longer make gasoline powered vehicles in the future. I also understand that there won’t be any more convertibles. This will be a big factor in deciding out next car purchase.

Audi of Hilton Head provided an excellent service experience. They were timely with communications and providing service. Adam was an excellent service advisor and I am very satisfied with my experience. My only suggestion, which I was told is being implemented in the near future, is providing complimentary loaner vehicles, especially for longer tenured service.

This is our 5th Audi.. 3 of which we have worked with this dealer in Hardeeville and the entire dealership has been topnotch.. the salesmen Mike and Alex, the finance and management gentlemen Phil and Dylan , including the service staff Amy and others, we have received the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism with every visit. The salesmen are incredibly knowledgable and worked hard to make sure the sale of the the vehicle suited our needs . They are always available to answer any questions as well. The actual esthetics of the dealership makes you feel as if you are in your living room waiting for service on your vehicle. During sale negotiations Mike and Alex insured we were comfortable waiting for the deal to close.

Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership in a long time. The service consultant Kristin Andon listened to my problem and did everything in her power to make things right. Very knowledgeable and went out of her way to get to the bottom of the issue. Kristen is the kind Service consultant that wants me to continue to buy Audi’s. I have owned 7 of them and when I need another one this is the dealership I will go to for my next one.. Thanks again for such a great experience .@

A rear tire got destroyed on I95 while traveling back to Montreal. We had a quick and great service from Aimee and team to get us backe on the road quick. Thanks all the team for the great work. Daniel
