I highly recommend this dealership everyone was friendly especially Brian Jean he was so friendly and helpful and The manager of the dealership and the supervisor of the service department made sure the issues with the car was being taken care of great place to buy a use car.

Unlike Savannah Volkswagen, the Hardeeville dealership provided excellent customer service, communication, and competence in getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid the Savannah dealership and to go over to Hardeeville for your service needs. The Hardeeville VW service department made a horrible experience with Savannah VW much better in the end. I am very pleased with their service and will take any future service needs to the Hardeeville dealership again, and I live in Savannah.

Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. As someone who is people manager in a different industry she always provides the best customer service. In my most recent visit a customer made some very rude comments to her and she handled very well. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians. She embodies the customer experience I loved from out of state less than 6 months ago and she is amazing.

Good service and also tire repair. I especially liked the video with the repair explanation.

Doesn’t get any better than the service and parts departments at Hilton Head VW. I’ve been going there frequently for over 10 years now. Love you guys! Maybe not Jason though. Kidding. Kidding. Maybe.
