Bill Shelton always gives us immediate attention at Columbia Honda. Today we brought our new Honda CRV in to the service department because it had a flat tire. There was a screw in the tire and Mr. Shelton made sure that our tire was fixed within an hour and we were back on the road. We have been customers of Columbia Honda since they opened and purchased cars through them. Due to this long relationship, we had a couple of problems, but they were dedicated to resolving the problem and eventually did. As a former service technician, I know that you don't always get all things right, but if you eventually do and are professional in the process you gain the trust of your customers. Everyone has to make a living, but his absolute top priority is making sure you're beyond happy and comfortable with the transaction, start-finish.
