Making the service appointment was quick. I was able to get my vehicle in with little delay. However, no one spoke with me about the condition of my vehicle or any problems as I checked it in. After the service, no one gave me any feedback about my vehicle's condition. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership as new and this is its second service. I expected more feedback from your service department on how I am performing as the owner/operator. I also expected more counseling on my operation of this vehicle, its features, and my responsibilities as a new owner of a new Honda vehicle.
I have dealt with Michelle Benjamin for several years now and Andrew is normally who I deal with in service. However I have had a new experience today with new people and as usual it was a pleasant experience and always know this will be the case. Nick in sales is awesome also. Honda really has a great team. I accidentally hit the unsubscribe button and didn’t mean to. It should ask if you’re sure before finalizing it.
