The quality of service is good. Friendly, helpful staff. Very competent mechanics. Exceptionally nice waiting area. The only downside is that it takes a while to get an appointment.
Columbia Honda has always been excellent when it comes to servicing my vehicles. I appreciate the professionalism from andrew.
Needed to find out what part was needed to be able to get windshield replaced. Brake system lights on and Safelite would not replace until that was fixed. Shane got someone to look at my CRV right away and explained what part was needed. He then ordered it and set a date to have it installed. He explained everything and was awesome to work with! You have a super employee in him, don't lose him!!
