This review is an update to my previous review in which I only gave Abe 4 stars because I was waiting on actual delivery of the car. Not even a day after I posted that review the car arrived...and in perfect condition. I happy to report that I am amending my previous review to give Abe a well-deserved 5 stars when it comes to professionalism in auto sales. Thanks again, Abe.

We are previous Land Rover owners and have been bringing our vehicle to Sacramento Land Rover for service, which has been a great experience and that same experience carried through in the sales process for our new Range Rover. We had called Jake before we arrived and he had coordinated with Ali to go over the vehicle options and models and test drive the different options. We brought our son that is five years old and while we were going through the sales process to find the exact model, we wanted Jake spent several hours entertaining our five-year-old. Ollie and Brandon and Ryan worked through the process great and set us up with the exact Range Rover that we wanted. Highly recommend the entire team for future sales.

I purchased a per-owned Panamera Turbo S from Land Rover Sacramento. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. Final pricing and warranty packages were fair to me, as a buyer. There was a glitch in the type of transportation used (car arrived in open-carrier instead of enclosed) however Ryan Ross responded to my complaint immediately (on a weekend) and reimbursed me generously for the error. Car arrived in fine condition, regardless. With a full tank of gas! :-) Paperwork to support out-of-state purchase for the local DMV was provided to successfully register the car. All documents provided quickly and accurately. I would purchase another luxury car from this dealership in a heartbeat. Friendly and responsive people work at this dealership, in my experience.
