We've just bought a new vehicle from the Dave Wright dealership in Marshalltown and it went so smoothly. Our sales person was so helpful, kind, and considerate. And there was no pressure whatsoever - which we really appreciate. Due to such a positive experience, we will definitely return in the future.
When my Honda needs service, all I have to do is call...and I am worked in almost immediately (or to fit my schedule); I am given an estimate of cost of service to be provided and time it will take; if needed they will pick up and return my car (or I can wait on site while the work is done). Upon completion, staff go over the bill which shows what actually was serviced and/or checked and then I am asked if I have any questions. Your service managers have certainly honed your system so it runs smoothly and delivers great service and information. I'll certainly keep coming back. (M. Travillian)
Fast service. I did not have any problems with my Honda Accord for the first 5000 miles to have checked. I was called later to ask about my service.
My 2014 CR-V (my second CR-V) is our fifth Honda vehicle from Ken Wise. Love dealing with these folks! Their service is always high-quality, any work is done right the first time, and the vehicle is ready when they said! Dependable cars, friendly and dependable service!!
I have had my Honda for 12 years, and still drive from Des Moines to Marshalltown for any service I need. They always tell me what to expect, and keep me updated during my service with anything they find. Brad even lets me know what to expect in the coming years! I have always felt respected and confident in their care. Their service garage is beyond clean, and their service techs are so professional. They always follow up after service. If only we could get the same level of service from our doctors!
