Everyone is very nice. Beautiful large and comfortable waiting room. Was a two hour wait time. They offered a free ride and pick up service. I stayed. Free coffee/tea, water and snacks. A gorgeous aquarium that you can loose yourself in. The two hours flew by. My car was pretty dirty and they gave it a good wash job, no dripping water or streaks.

We felt taken care of. Ralph has been there for us through the process and even after the sale.
