He was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. I had tried to book a visit with jeep place on Lakeland and they were not helpful at all said that it would be 2 weeks before they could get Me in. Gary got me in and out in the same day.
She greeted me immediately when I arrived , I was still in my car .. she kept me informed during the wait . Friendly and professional! Great customer service
Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The service team clearly explained the recommended repairs and obtained my approval before any work was performed. They also provided a loaner vehicle, which made the experience much more convenient. The entire process was professional, efficient, and completely stress-free.
