They tell you anything to get you to purchase a car then won't live up to what they said. I purchased a car they said they would get me a second key. That was February 15,2024 it is now April 23,2024. They won't answer phone and when they do its I will call you back or give me a call back. They have yet called me back and I have called numerous times. Salesman won't answer. When call and talk to manager he ducks and says I will call you back or won't even answer when you call. I believe I am going to have to drive 2.5 hours to go see them to get this issue resolved

There xxxx don't stink, plan to be xxxx all over by them. Unapologetic in there ways. Never SERVICE or buy a vehicle from them. They are unethical and shameful folks.

Worst experience ever with a dealership. They had my truck for over 7 weeks and never heard from them. I went to the dealership and found out that they didn't do anything to my vehicle. I have been taking this truck in for the same problems since I purchased it. All I ever get is "can't duplicate" they never even go passed plugging in the code reader. I had to get Chrysler/Stellantis involved and they didn't even reply to them. I moved my vehicles to the Flowood office and they found the problem with my Jeep the first day and was in touch with Chrysler/Stellantis about my truck. Mac Haik has no way of getting in touch with anyone outside of their dealership to help resolve any problems with the dealership. I'll never take my vehicles for repairs or ever purchase a vehicle from them again.
