What Others Say

Did business years ago and ended up over paying for car and later found out car was previously damaged. They were smooth talkers. Dave did my deal and was only interested in making more money off people. I was over my head in negative equity. Still it makes me angy but live and learn.

Pricing is crazy and they are not friendly at all would not recommend this broker for copart and there are more fees if you actually want to buy a vehicle

Huge problems with P.A.B and Copart Civil suits is pending !!! Based on my experience the 1 & 2 star and negative ratings appear to be accurate on yelp and and google based on my experience. I wish I could give a 0 rating. Both Copar and PAB lied and misrepresented statements as the cars I was interested in. The stated that cars do NOT have a total losses. I ended up buying to cars that had "Total Loss" based on their lies and misrepresentations..There were many lies overall. Also, PAB was charged with 8 Counts by Dealers Board, $20,000 fine. From my experience with per my dealing with him PAB and Copart, clearly, unsavory experience, lack ethics, lies, deception and nothing but aggravation etc.. Overall experience was horrific, frustrating and incredibly stressful etc.. Even if they didn't lie, I contend the State of Colorado requires them to disclose a clear title "total loss" vehicle. I sent many emails concerning undercarriage safety issues and more. Even without lying, I contend that PAB and Copart should be letting clients know if a car is total loss, but not listed or provided by Copart and PAP. Clean titled cars, especially hail damaged cars, should be examined for "Total loss" before sale or delivery, as I contend, Colorado law to requires disclosure of a "Total Loss" vehicle etc. In furtherance, I suggested many remedies in order to protect buyers/bidders/clients, No sign of such important "buying tips" Note, Colorado Coparts tractor forks are one size fits all when moving their cars about from time they are delivered to and after the sale. (As PAB is aware, the forks do various damage to the undercarriage of the car and Copart does not allow one to lift/jack the car to check or thoroughly inspect the undercarriage. I contend, undercarriage damage to certain percentage of all their vehicles being sold, as the forks don't always sit or secured on the frame of their cars, the said damage is being done before and after sale unannounced to the buyer/customer/client) In my case. I contend, Copart did $3400 damage to the undercarriage of my Infiniti Q70 and did not disclose it. This is a huge road and highway safety issue, they have indicated no change in practices. Putting your head underneath a vehicle is NOT a thorough exam. Why do retail auto service garages have adjustable lifts?? You would think the foregoing should be high priority points of interest to clients/buyers/bidders etc...the said tips which the client should be advised during the examination and buying process. I contend, most reputable "auto broker", dealer, auction etc. would put the foregoing tips and information at the forefront of the buying process. I contend is lawless for PAB and Copart not to disclose "total loss" on vehicles that have clear titles, and NOT lie to their prospects. There are Colorado laws, contrary to their practices with me, see "Total Loss" vehicle and the law on "AS IS" purchase of a car etc.., pertaining to dealer, auction or broker etc..Please note, I'm not an attorney and anyone working with PAB and Copart should do their own research, perhaps, contact an attorney as to the law. Again, the foregoing is what I have learned to be the law. I will later determine they were trying to scam me out of my $400, as they gave me my deposit back in parts rather than in full at one time. They finally gave me the remaining deposit back Jan. 25. 2019, Please note. As to scamming buyers out of their deposit money, I would want to believe that this is NOT normal practice, however, it looks odd and suspect on its face... I filed BBB cases against them. Also, Mr. Hinojos, you have misconstrued my review!! Please correct your review!! For the record I have my $400 back. Deposits were refunded in 3 parts; $400 on 1.18.19, 1.22.19 $1,660, 1.25.19
