What Others Say

I’ve traded in my car here a couple times and had no issues whatsoever, the best staff and easily the best experience I’ve had with a dealership ever.

Too far to get to without my own transportation. I live over 25 miles away and that is not a dealership "Close" to Santa Cruz!

Helpful informative a lot of communication and not bugging communication, a wonderful staff which 10 years ago when I went was not like that

Professional and pleasant. Jose communicated well and adequately knowledgeable. Only dealership that includes the vehicle window sticker online. Transparent with their markup price.

This place gave me the ick! TLDR: they are very creative and put their best creative foot forward with avant- garde numbers. My best guess is they wanted us to leave and save the car to sell instead of lease. I can’t wait for the day we don’t need car dealerships. My husband and I scheduled a test drive for a specific car we wanted to lease. We already knew everything about this car and had it in our heads that we would walk out with this car after the test drive. Easy sell, right? Wrong. Without spending too much energy, here is a summary of what happened: - Bairon, the sales rep could not tear himself away from the football game. Now I understand, I really do but hey if you’re scheduled to work on game night it sucks but you still need to work. - After sparing Bairon all the grace I could, I talked to the sales manager who reassigned us to a new rep. - We thought things would get better. - Things did not get better. - They definitely tried to drive us out of there by making up the craziest numbers their most creative numbers guy could churn. - 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid: special price: $41K (ma’am, you’re paying 5K over sticker BEcaUSe Of tHE sHOrTaGE). 36 month lease with 6K down = $850 month payment. - My husband and I, like a lot of people in this area are young professionals with excellent credit and sufficient income to afford a car payment. We’re not, however, completely clueless fools. - Best thing about this dealership is their creativity (: stay away.
