Needed to get some maintenance done on a car with an engine light on. After initial troubleshooting the representative helping me at the time, Dean Marino, was able to give me my available options and informed me that my issues were covered under warranty. I went from having to pay what could have been upwards of ~$3000 in expenses to having my car worked on at no cost to me. Additionally, I met with the General Manager, Omid Anushiravani, following up over a previous visit and he was able to help me with no questions asked. Great place and while it might seem pricey you can rest easy knowing that you're in good hands. Every time I visit I always get a hello and they remember my name.
We had a completely different and very positive experience at the Catonsville branch compared to the Towson branch. Mr. Alejandro was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. He took the time to walk us through all the vehicle features in detail and demonstrate everything clearly, even though we were already familiar with many of them. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to interact with, which made the process much more enjoyable. Although the overall purchase process took quite a while to complete, the experience remained pleasant throughout. We never felt pressured, and the team maintained a professional and friendly attitude the entire time. We ultimately left feeling happy and confident in our decision. Mr. Jordan McKenzie was also very helpful during the finance process. He worked with us to secure a finance rate that fit our needs and took the time to thoroughly explain the available protection packages without rushing us. We appreciated the clarity and transparency. Overall, the Catonsville team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. If you are going to buy a car, just work with Bryson Thomas and Omid. They will provide OTD pricing, written and signed, so you can come in and pay the exact amount you expect. No games, they act with transparency, it's so refreshing. Always remember F&I will try and up sell you on things, it is always optional and cannot interfere with the existing manufacturer's warranty, and you are not required to go back to the same dealership for your service.
