First time buying a brand new car for me. Went to a few dealers. Test driving was fine, but trying to talk to the admittedly great people working in each one would get weird. Just a lot of roundabout talk, hard to figure out what's what. We came to see a car to a dealer next to Heritage Mazda, and after that, popped in just because. The moment we walked in, I was struck by the transparency. Asked about the car we wanted, the rental sales manager Keller told us right away what's what on the spot. Before even so much as sat down. That turned out to be the style here. We worked with Joe Summers. Easy to talk to, straightforward, responsive. Did not mind my many questions on whether to trade in or not, advised on many issues. Worked with us on a deal that worked for us. Zero surprises the day of. Lovely business manager Dom helped with all the logistics, exact same style: direct, transparent, and just a nice person to have met. Seriously, go buy from this team, they are great. And I'm not even talking about how good the product is!

Bryson made our purchase a wonderful experience. He is very knowledgeable and helped us until the last minute. He seemed very shy but it’s what we like about him…he wasn’t overwhelming. I came in with the intention to sell my Mazda to heritage due to unforeseen circumstances. I was greeted by Sang and had the pleasure to talk with him. Although I couldn't reach a price agreement with the sales managers, Sang stuck by me throughout the whole process even though I didn't get to sell my car. He was very considerate and kind that made a deep impression if I were to buy a Mazda again, it would definitely be from him. I cannot recommend him enough!!
