It has always been a pleasure dealing with folks at this dealership. I went over to them from another dealership, who shall remain nameless, and what a difference. At that time, they were at the old location on Westchester Avenue. Chris Conticchio is my go-to guy in service. He always explains what is going to be done to the vehicle, the pros and cons of doing or not doing it, and the cost. I have always felt that i could make an informed decision. Thanks Chris keep up the good work. Like anything I purchase the key, and to build loyalty is dependent on the Service. Good Service makes repeat customers. That is what people like Chris do.

3 months to fix jeep . One visit out of four it’s my opinion they didn’t work on it the 7 days they had it. Finally all fixed .

Antoine was my service representative and he helped me for a minute I walked in the door for the minute. I left. It was wonderful and explained everything to me thoroughly and if I ever have to go back for service, I hope I get him again.
