After we finalized the numbers and moved into the paperwork, an unexpected issue with the payment arose. Brandon G., their new Finance Manager, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Afterward, Alex made a few final adjustments to the GTI based on my last-minute change of mind and took the time to explain the vehicle’s computer features, even though it isn’t a model from his franchise. I drove away happy, and so far, everything has been great.
