Used to love this dealership - but they CLOSED. I discovered after I had been going to the Southpoint Chevrolet that Performance Chevrolet relocated and merged with Durham Chevrolet and is now HENDRICK CHEVROLET BUICK GMC CADILLAC SOUTHPOINT. Same great service that I used to get, my advisor retired but there new faces and a BRAND NEW facility. Real nice people over there.

I can't say enough about the sale staff. Very nice... just a joy to work with. Very helpful... eager to help. I had a 2003 Impala that was very nice but had to sell. I purchased a used 2014 Impala with little mileage, . If you're looking for a great ride and a great place to purchase.... go to Performance Chevrolet in Chapel Hill and buy a 2014 Impala. You'll enjoy the ride... like Dinah Shore said back in the early 50's.... wife and I planned to see the USA in Chevrolet. Performance Chevrolet of Chapel Hill... great place (and this is coming from a Duke fan).

I have always received the upmost respect and courtesy from Tim Wilder & Mr. McLeod. Tim keeps me informed and while their for service, I find my sale person, Mr. McLeod and he always recheck to see if thing are moviing smoothly with my Malibu. They have a comfortable waiting area, and if service is to be longer than expected the get me a rental. I rate this company with A+

the staff was great I came back because I needed some help on the bluetooth. The mauual did not bexplain well. They took as much time as I needed for help. Customer service that I was given, just is not seen like that today. Great people
