Took a long time since I was already pre-approved for financing, 4 hours. Car was delivered dirty and still had tags on it that I had to remove

Great customer service as always. I just want to thank Joshua, Brandon, and Jesse for helping me through a very stressful, emotional & overwhelming situation & helped me get into a new 2026 Eclipse Cross SE. I never dreamed in a millions years l would be back so soon only after 6mnths. Joshua showed & explained to me all the features the car has & Brandon explained all the cool things mymitsubishi app can do & found the best financing for me. Jesse handled the paperwork & went over all the details & made sure l understood everything. They answered all my questions & made me feel at ease & comfortable. They were very caring, felt awful & showed compassion over my last car being totaled from a terrible auto accident which l had just bought back in Sept "025. I highly recommend RD for your next auto purchase & seeing Jousha Washington-Boyd. This is now the 3rd car l have bought from them.
