All went well, until had to wait three hours in that uncomfortable waiting area and your phone charger station Sucks!! It's broke, 3 hours to get my tires done

Great customer service as always! On Monday, Jan 12, my Tire Pressure Light came on while driving to work. I knew cold temps could affect the pressure, so I wasn't too concerned. When I got back in the car to leave, the light was still on. I called to see if it was possible if someone could look at the tire. I wanted make sure there wasn't something in the tire. They were able to get me in on short notice, which I called on Tuesday & made an appointment for Friday for a Oil Change. From my service advisors Nabeel & Grant to Justin my service technician, nothing but great customer service. Grant & Justin both answered a few of my questions that l had. I've always had great customer service. The staff at RD Mits are very friendly, caring, knowledgeable & treat you like family. They even have asked me how l & my Eclispe Cross were doing while l was waiting for my car to get done. I know dealerships can be more expensive, but I'll continue to come back because of the outstanding customer service.
