Have been to MB of Portland several times for service and they have always been courteous, efficient and have offered things that just make life easier (loaner cars, paid Uber rides, unexpected interior vacuum service etc). Honestly, I can’t imagine driving another brand of car just because the service I receive when I take my car in is so good!
