My recent new truck purchase at Nissan Of Keene was simply beyond exceptional. They made the entire purchase process from start to finish a very enjoyable experience. Kudos to my salesman Andrew Wyman for his honesty, enthusiasm as well as product knowledge and professionalism. The entire sales process was enjoyable as this dealership did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not request. In addition, they conveniently arranged my financing through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation at a very favorable interest rate. Andrew arranged to have my new truck delivered to my doorstep 65 miles away from the dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle, don't walk but run to this dealership! Went into Nissan Of Keene to buy a new Frontier. After looking over what they had and the payments would be over what my budget could handle. So I was shown a 2021 Frontier that was a Certified Preowned. It was a loaded Pro4X. After seeing what the approximate payment would be, I decided to get it. I picked it up This past Monday, it has been nothing but awesome! I very much recommend Nissan Of Keene. See Connor in Sales, he's great.

We went for an oil change under warranty. They were asked to rotate the tires. I marked the tires and when my wife came home the recipe said tires rotated. They were not, so we called they told my wife they did not need rotating. All tires to rotate between 5-7000 miles. Brought car in again for oil change and they said they could not rotate the tires because the lug nuts were swollen and rusted on. We were quoted 319.00 to replace 16-20 lug nuts. I went out and freed up every lug nut on all tires within 12 minutes. We called and were told to come back they would do the rotation. When this was done they called my wife handed her the keys and said all set. Nobody washed the car, nobody even mention an apology for her extra time and their mistake. Overall the service department department was not very friendly, a bit matter of fact acting, they lied to us on 2 occasions, and have made us feel quite uncomfortable in bringing our car back for service. I question had this been me instead of my wife would we have been treated in a different way. On previous service calls we had been treated better. Chris Coughlin
