Advisor was friendly and informative and the work was completed within the expected time frame.

overall was ok, service tech did not know that he supposed to reset oil life, service advisor did not add notes to repair order regarding issue with battery saver mode, I showed her the issue on my ford pass app that car goes into saver mode within a few minutes after car is shut off. I will make another appointment to have software update done that is a known issue, was even advised of this by tony in fleet service
