Don't bring ur auto to get anything done here very poor service. Had the computer update do to rod bearings recall. Very bad service. If u do use this service bring your lunch.

Great car buying experience. Before buying, I compared the same car at three different dealerships. Patrick Kia offered a no pressure, laid-back family atmosphere. I bought a 2019 Kia Soul from the Internet Sales Manger, Michael Munford. He was extremely personal and professional. He took the time to get to know us and our needs and offered the car at a very reasonable price. Conversations and contact with other employees were extremely positive and everyone seemed to enjoy their work as demonstrated by the positive interactions with customers. Very satisfied. Wish I could give 6 stars for friendliness and customer service.

August 16, 2018 I had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Michael Mumford who was my point of contact. He made my purchasing experience stress free no pressure, He explained everything and answered all questions and did not appear to be rushed just attempting to get another sale which I liked the most.

We just bought a new 2018 KIA Soul. Michael Mumford was our sales person. He gave us the details of the four guarantees and then said there was a fifth item we could only get from Patrick KIA, and left it for us to guess. I got the answer. It was service from Michael himself. That was worth more than the others. I will recommend this dealership and Michael to everyone I know.
