⸻ Very disappointed in the service at Payne Ford. Dropped off our truck nearly two weeks ago for a mirror replacement and another issue that “needed diagnosing.” That diagnosis took three days—yet the tech had the answer the moment he entered the VIN number. After all that time, we picked it up dirty. No wash, no attention to detail. At Same’s in McAllen, they return vehicles looking like new. Payne Ford should take notes—customers deserve better
Everything went smooth. Customer service was great! Everyone did a great job I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

Low trade values offered. Refusal to match other dealerships trade offers. Would not recommend Payne Ford to anyone!
