This was my first experience with Bergstrom Lexus. They were professional and the service was quick. It was a major service milestone, so getting a loaner wasn't an issue. Unlike many dealers, they weren't constantly trying to up-sell me during my visit. Great experience and highly recommend the dealership.

New Ai program to make appt is unnecessarily annoying. I was unable to schedule a appt and a loaner. It would not let me talk to a human when I requested one and I gave up. I was in town a few days later (we live over an hour away.) and spoke to an actual human who quickly appreciated our situation and made our appt and a loaner. Sean Krammer checked me in. Nice guy who explained process. Service was fine but the entire process to make an appt was ridiculous. Not at all customer focused. As others have offered, very expensive labor charges on any work.

Excellent knowledge of their product. No gimmicks. Provide straight answers. Professional and committed to building a sincere relationship with me as a customer.
