What Others Say

I had a great experience with the nicest salesperson. I really enjoyed how easy he made the whole process. My new vehicle was presented freshly washed and ready to go!

I just bought a 2024 Ford F-150 yesterday and it was a great experience. Michael Allensworth was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Michael and the rest of the Eide team!

If you are considering spending your hard-earned money at Eide Ford, take this as a direct warning: do not walk through their doors. Behind the smiles and empty assurances is a dealership that cuts corners, conceals mechanical records, gaslights paying customers, and subjects people to unmistakable double standards and subtle racial bias. Here is the unvarnished reality of my experience buying a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and the nightmare that followed: Concealing the Carfax & Fraudulent Inspection Claims: During the sale, the salesman completely withheld the vehicle history. I had to pay out of my own pocket just to see the Carfax report. The report revealed the vehicle had not received legitimate mechanical service since April 2025—it had only received basic oil changes. Yet the salesman looked me in the eye and swore the brakes were "brand new," the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, and there were zero mechanical issues. That was an outright lie. Subtle Racial Profiling and Dismissive Treatment: Dealing with the staff in person was a textbook lesson in subtle, insidious prejudice. It wasn’t always spoken outright, but the double standard was unmistakable. While watching other customers get greeted promptly, offered basic courtesy, and treated with respect, I was repeatedly stonewalled, made to sit around for hours without updates, and ignored as if I were invisible or a burden. The condescending demeanor, passive-aggressive avoidance, and complete lack of professional courtesy made it glaringly clear that I was being treated differently and profiled from the moment I stepped inside. Aggressive Phone Calls and Cowardly Gaslighting in Person: After I posted my initial review, a manager personally called my phone—not to take accountability or solve the problem, but to chew me out for speaking up. He aggressively defended the dealership, brushed off my concerns, and treated me like I was delusional, claiming my experience was "just in my head." Yet, when he told me to bring the Tahoe in to get the StabiliTrak/braking system addressed, this same manager refused to show his face. He hid in the back and never had the courage to speak to me face-to-face. Returned Broken, With Zero Documentation: They kept my Tahoe hostage for two full months. When I was finally told to pick it up, there was zero transparency—no repair order, no invoice, no documentation showing what they actually touched, and no breakdown of remaining safety concerns. It was simply: hand over the keys to the loaner and get out. Piling Repairs, Blown A/C, and Broken Promises: While they claimed the stability/brake warning was cleared, they returned the Tahoe with the A/C blowing completely hot air—which was working before they took it. Their careless excuse? "It probably just needs a recharge." The power running boards—which the salesman promised were inspected and working—are completely dead. On top of that, I am now stuck paying out of pocket for: Brand-new tires and new rotors (despite being told the brakes were "brand new") A full radiator flush Serpentine/drive belt replacement A/C compressor/refrigerant service Non-functioning running boards With winter rapidly approaching, I was left stranded with a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars in baseline maintenance and repairs that were actively concealed at the point of sale. Do not trust their sales staff, do not trust their "inspections," and do not expect basic decency or fairness from their management. If you don't fit a certain mold, prepare to be treated with subtle disrespect, given the runaround, and sold a compromised vehicle. Take your business to an honest dealership that respects every customer who walks through the door.

I’m going back to work today and I have to get the 3:45 to be there

We loved the experience, Landon the sales associate helped us very quickly and Ben with so much kindness. The service was quick and reliable and I received my brand new Ford Explorer. We recommend EIDE Ford Bismarck 100%.

Treated me like i was family from start to finish. They were able to get me into a vehicle I loved at the right price
