Brought in my Nissan Versa Note to change CVS fluid at 70,000 miles. Service was quick, respectful and efficient. New owner of dealership is on-site and committed to offering the best possible service. Mechanic who worked on my car has been there for decades! Car is running like a charm. I wish they still made this model--I'll head to Nissan when I need to replace it.

We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

I want to applaud the Service Manager at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! His name Chris Risnes. He has only been there about 6 months. Although the business is about cars, he is about the people! I believe with his leadership, and modeling excellent customer service, this very low non- rating by the BBB, will not only improve, but excel. Chris went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue I had with my Nissan. I did not have transportation to the service department, and my car had the kind of problem that was a true safety issue. Chris did not delay, put off, make excuses, try to upsell, he went out of his way, came to where I live, left his car and took my car to the service department to be fixed. It took a day longer than he thought it might to get the part. He called me and let me know as soon as he knew. He called me the next day also to share an update. And he called when he was on his way back with my car. Elizabeth, who was at the service desk and took my call, also showed exemplary customer service ... she did not try and "get rid of me', listened to my story, and immediately went and talked to Chris, explained my story and he returned my call within a half hour. Both Chris and Elizabeth made me feel like they would find a solution, no matter what... not more obstacles. If your experince in the service department has felt lacking, prior to 6 months ago, please at least give those two folks a shot... they made all the difference in my experience as a customer needing assistance!

I had a wonderful buying experience At Yorktown Nissan. Mt salesman Irving Zaks was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. I highly recommend him, to anyone looking for a hassle free enjoyable process. Helen in the finance department was so knowledgeable and sweet, that it just topped off a wonderfully easy process, that will keep me coming back aGAIN AND AGAIN.

Irving Zaks was wonderful! He went above and beyond to get me into my Nissan Sentra. Helen Bierko in Finance went above and beyond to get me a good interest rate and affordable payment even though my credit had taken a hit. I was in an accident my car was totaled. I went to several dealerships this was the best experience. They have a great reputation I have heard from a few people. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a viecle. I look forward to coming for Service in my new car in the future.

Irv was excellent and made the entire process so easy! We highly recommend him and Nissan! Every other dealership had zero cars, but Nissan had us in our car in 2 days!
