Really great experience. Smooth and simple, I did not have to wait very long, and I did not feel an overly-salesman culture at this dealership. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and Carl Roth was able to provide it in a very efficient manner. The whole process was completed within a day, including all of the finances and an in-person tutorial of how to use all of the technical features in the car.
