What Others Say

Jose was excellent. He made the whole process of buying a car smooth and easy. Afterwards he even called to see how the car was treating us. Jose has outstanding communication and customer service skills. I highly recommend Jose and would definitely buy from him again.

Reliable , trustworthy & make purchasing a vehicle less stressful! Would recommend 10 out of 10! Great service !

Shocking easy purchase from out of state. Minimal fuss, very easy process, and even delivered the car to my doorstep, which was a huge bonus!

Great, quick service. Everyone was still busy and delivering great service to all the customers near closing on a Friday late afternoon/evening. Great selection of vehicles. Jamie was superb!

I am a 71-year-old retired engineer living around Denver NC. In the past I have done almost all my vehicle maintenance myself. In 2022 I purchased a new 2022 Tucson with currently 52K miles. While under warranty it is nice to have someone else fix any problems. March 10th 2026 I experienced what appeared to be an intermittent Passengers front rotor sticking issue (even smelled brake burning on that day). I took it to Lake Norman Hyundai march 12th, explained the issue. They checked it out and said all was well with the brakes. I explained it was intermittent and it was not acting up on that day. I had no luck trying to talk to the service manager, not sure where he was. Seems they guard access to him. I put my infrared non-contact gauge and fire extinguisher in the car and it happened again on April 2nd 20026. This was a 20-mile trip which is a longer trip than I usually take unless traveling to visit my parents in Northern Ohio. I took a video with my phone which showed the three other wheel rims at around 120 degrees and the passengers front at around 247 degrees. Very hot and strong burning smell. I have the video if you are interested. I called Lake Norman Hyundai that afternoon and explained everything to AI (AI is Artificial Intelligence) and that I even had a video. I could never get to talk to a human and did set an appointment for Monday April 9th. Per my request, AI said the service manager would call me back. By the next morning, I had still not heard anything from Lake Norman so I decided to Call Paramount Hyundai in Hickory NC and see how they handled things. It was answered by a human with whom I was able to talk to and explain everything. Set on Monday April 9th appointment. I called lake Norman Hyundai back and had lake Norman AI cancel my Monday appointment explaining that I had not receved a call back so I was going to change to Paramont in Hickory. AI must have told the service manager because a little later I received a message for the Lake Norman service manager. The following days after the April 2nd incident the Caliper was not acting up again. Paramount is about 5 miles further but what a difference. I will always go there now. My service rep Amber Clemens and service Manager Aaron Bisesti were the best. The Service manager is front and center there and listens to your concerns. He listened, looked at my video and took care of the issues. He did not look at me like I was a 71-year-old man who did not know what I was talking about. I was at a point after several experiences at Lake Norman Hyundai to never purchase another Hyundai again. Now after the service at Paramount in Hickory I even looked at some of the 2026 models. At Paramount, the people listen and take care of the issues. At Lake Norman Hyundai, the facilities are cramped, old and I felt like I was just being pushed thru. Lake Norman Service waiting area is in with the sales area with salesman talking about sport xxxxxxand playing games on their computers. Paramount has a nice separate waiting area, clean and even some free drinks and snacks. Special Thanks needs to be given to Service Manager Aaron Bisesti for being far above average. If all your service managers were like him, your service scores would hit the roof.

Jose has made this the most simple car buying process ever! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a car, you will not be disappointed. Could not have asked for better attentive customer service, he went above and beyond!!
