I had a truly great experience with this dealership from start to finish. On my very first visit, Jonathon helped introduce me to the Hyundai Santa Fe lineup. My 2020 Hyundai Kona Electric at 35000 miles begin to have a noise coming from the drivetrain. The service department checked it out and determine something was seriously wrong. Although I believe as a second owner, technically the time of my warranty had run out, the Paramount Hyundai service techs worked with Hyundai corporate to replace the drivetrain under warranty at no cost to me. Not only was I pleased with this, they treated me well during the whole process. They are serious not just about the letter of their best manufactures' drivetrain warranty of 10year-100,000 miles but also the spirit of what they stand for. I will seriously consider buying another Hyundai and will tell this story as a recommendation to others.

The salesman, Travis Kendel, was most helpful sales person, I ever worked with. . He was eager to eager to help in anyway possible and offered to help us beyond expectations. And the dealership helpful as well.
