I recently leased a car from Northtown Kia and the experience was absolutely fantastic! My sales consultant, Mike, was wonderful to work with. He was training Dominic at the time, and both of them were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. A huge shout-out to their sales manager, Simeon, as well! He gave me a truly excellent deal on my new Kia, which made the decision even easier. Honestly, the whole process was so smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Sales department is good, the related collision shop is terrible. The first time we were there they told us three days for repairs when we dropped it off. After 5 days I called and gal said "We have your car?'" After a long delay, gal gets back on the phone and says "It will be ready in three days." This vehicle had roof damage from the car carrier - major repair. We picked it up late evening in the dark at their request, noticed the damage the next morning later when we looked down at it. Now we need to have something fixed. During one of the repairs they had to take out the iterior molding, and put it back with a piece cracked off. This vehicle is a 2024 Telluride with very low mileage - and we didn't notice the poor interior workmanship until we had a car full of people and I was in the back seat. Their response to a request to fix it was how do we know you didn't break it, and you took too long to notice it was broken. We also had to have the back gate repaired as the lift gasket kept falling off. Additionally, many recalls. My advice is too look EVERYTHING over with a fine tooth comb. Please note this review is for the Northtown collision center that Northtown Kia sends you to.. The service center is better although not without problem. When we called to schedule a recall- adjustable front seat has the potential to start on fire, the gal on the phone said we had to bring it in to be looked at and if they decided it needed the recall, then we could schedule an appointment. We live a considerable distance away. The service department, upon hearing this said that is insane and took care of everything while we wee there.

Did my research, decided on a Kia Sportage, found one I liked. Called Northtown KIA on 10/28/24, around noon, talked to Charles, gave me all the info I asked for. me all the info I asked for. We texted and around 5 PM on 20/29/25 they delivered my Kia, registered, plated, insured, and ready to drive. Charle, and Josh got me financed with a great rate, lower than the rate my bank offered. Young woman who delivered it as well as every one I interacted with, was professional, personable, kind, and efficient. Wonderful service, I have never bought a car so easily or enjoyed it so much.

Worst experience purchasing a car ever.lied to about car having a new battery,had to replace 2 weeks later.would.not repair cruise control,leaky tire that was supposed to be repaired,wasn't . Mr.laven ignored our emails.and.phone calls.
