Phil our salesman was very nice & provided excellent customer service. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, allowed us to test drive them and answered all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Seth was very nice & approved trade in & purchase price. Sierra was very nice, knowledgeable & made the paperwork process quick & easy. Excellent service EVERY time. Vicky was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Both of those are very important to me. I like that Vicky (and Jordan) in the service department know just what I need and how to explain so I understand. And they never make me feel rushed or my concerns are unimportant. I'm recently widowed and their understanding of my needs was spot on.
