Working with Kayrina was great! She tried her best to get me into the vehicle I wanted and at a great deal! She was patient and made the front end of the process seamless. My only critique of the dealership is that once a decision was made - it took almost 2 hours to get back to the finance office to finalize paperwork although I was told there was no one ahead of me in the queue. Otherwise, great experience
