Sales was customer oriented but could be a little more knowledgeable about the cars they are selling. Also, the PPF package I purchased is having issues. I took it back 3 times to have the door edges redone and still they are peeling off. Service lead was also customer oriented but I question the capability of the technicians. Example when I got my car initially, the car had a slight rattle when taking it home. I opened the hood and the air cleaner cover clips were not fastened and the battery terminal covers were open. Not the service department issue but they had my car for 7 weeks just sitting there waiting VW engineering to come up with a fix for the e-call software. Finally, I just asked for my car back and when they come up with a software fix, I can take it back in for them to load the updated software.
Listening to concerns. Accommodating. Communication was great! They take care of my beetle with attention to detail.
