Experience was exceptional EXCEPT it took 4 hours to close the deal because your computer system was excruciating slow. A high end dealership with an under powered computer. You should do better than that. Not fair to your sales executive, she was quite embarrassed and surely not fair to your customer.
It is probably not a fair comparison to compare my recent purchase with my 2020 purchase. I was told that many more cars are purchased from out of state customers now than were in 2020. My purchase in 2020 was delivered by the sales person. Many of the car’s features were explained to me as they are when you purchase in person. I did not realize what a big help this was. Technology has changed a lot in 6 years!
Work done an advertised on time. Good communication on recommendations, the why and the cost.
