We were very pleased with our service. Both Rosalie and Cody were very knowledgeable, couteous, and efficient.

Vy was easy to work with and got me the car that I wanted. He went over the features of the car and helped with the setup of the app and other configurable settings - which was helpful. My only "minor" complaint is that the car was not detailed very well (some of the protective plastic was still on backseats and on the door frame).

Ben was delightful! Appreciate his honest opinions about the cars on the lot. Left feeling like I made the right choice! Rosalie very responsive and helpful. I've worked with her years ago and she consistently does a great job.

Whoever runs the check in area needs to train some people! I was walking out the door to get in my car, and an older man backs a white car right in front of mine, blocking me from getting g my car out. He asked the young boy who had just finished vacuuming my car ( and coincidentally had seen me walking up) to vacuum that car in front of mine “real quick” then walked by me and said to me he’ll be done real quick. The kid proceeded to clean that car, move the vacuum away, and left, not saying a word to me. Also my car was in the center bay- no one on either side! After a few minutes I went inside to two women sitting inside and asked if someone was gonna come and move that car so I could leave. Someone finally did get a set of keys and move the car(a guy with long brown hair) hardly mumbling a word to me. I never did see the older man again, or my service advisor btw.

James was great to work with. He remembered us from past service. He addressed our questions on some warranty work to be scheduled. The service was excellent.
