I can't say enough good things here. We bought a used Rover, had a small issue they went WAY above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. HIGHLY Recommend! Want to call out our Sales persons Chelsea, and Ellen for making things happen.

The Service Manager was extremely helpful and met our required pickup time for our engine service and tire rotation.
The communication between the scheduler, parts department and service center could be improved. During scheduling I informed them we would be waiting on the vehicle to be worked on and I had requested warranty parts from the parts department. The day of service we arrived at the appointment time but the warranty parts requested in December and again during scheduling in March were not available. It was also not communicated that we would be waiting on-site for the services to be preformed.
