Jeremy was very helpful. I accepted his offer of oil and gasoline additives, in hindsight I probably should have turned them down. Rather expensive for something probably not really needed. Tech seemed very competent, really appreciate the video review of the multipoint inspection. That's the only time I get to see the underside of the car. Only criticism is that he overfilled the oil slightly, it is clearly above the full mark on the dipstick. Could be from the oil additive, maybe put in on top of the regular oil change? Still, satisfied overall.
