I don't know of a better source for a used car, or just a car. Ecarone seems to find/offer the cleanest near-new used cars you will find, especially under 15k miles. My trade in offer was acceptable. Paul is great the few times I've worked with him. Granted you can't haggle on price (their prices are pretty good) you may be able to haggle on the extended warranty. Don't buy new, buy from Ecarone.
